PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleasant operation environment for an oxygen enrichment apparatus which supplies highly concentrated oxygen air by changing an oxygen enrichment air jetting state according to a fatigue state of a user during driving. SOLUTION: A fatigue state of a driver is detected based on his/her biological information and an oxygen enrichment air jetting method is controlled, thus relieving his/her stress or fatigue during driving for providing a pleasant cabin space.
