PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-air heater reduced in manufacturing cost while enhancing heat exchanger effectiveness by leading air taken in from air suction ports, efficiently to the depth part of a casing without a blast guide plate. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 3 and a large number of smoke tubes 4 are enclosed inside an oblong cylindrical casing 2 in a sealed state, and a cylindrical casing body 10 excluding a front plate 11 and a rear plate 12 of the cylindrical casing 2 is provided with the air suction ports 18 and a warm air blowoff port 20. A blower 19 is mounted to each air suction port 18. The inner peripheral surface of the casing body 10 is formed in a smooth curved surface of constant curvature with a radius R, and an annular space 13 communicating with the air suction ports 18 and the warm air blowoff port 20 is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the casing body 10 and the peripheries of the combustion chamber 3 and the large number of smoke tubes 4.
