SUCTION/EXHAUST VALVE WITH STRAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction/exhaust valve with a strainer for surely trapping a contaminant and surely exhausting air while permitting the quick suction of a great amount of air. SOLUTION: The suction/exhaust valve comprises the strainer provided on the upstream side of a valve body which has an exhaust valve and a suction valve. The strainer has a strainer body 31 with a filter 32. The filter has an opened bottom 32a and a closed top 32b. The filter in a conical shape has a small air reservoir on the side of the top where a certain amount of air is reserved to permit the passage of the air through the filter by the operation of buoyancy thereon. When negative pressure is generated, the strainer body drops down to permit the quick suction of a great amount of air. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
