PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of exchange from a used ball polishing belt to an unused ball polishing belt. SOLUTION: A ball polishing and lifting device 11 is provided with a conveyor belt 12 and a ball polishing belt 21 installed facing the conveyor belt 12, pachinko balls W can be clamped and lifted between the conveyor belt 12 and the ball polishing belt 21, and the used ball polishing belt 21 can be replaced by moving the unused ball polishing belt 21 to the facing part of the conveyor belt 12 accompanying pull-out from the facing part of the conveyor belt 12. The ball polishing and lifting device is characterized by comprising hook-and-loop fastener parts 73a and 73b on the starting end part and terminating end part of the ball polishing belt 21.
