A fixing structure of a hood latch is provided to prevent the hood latch from being hid at the rear surface of the upper frame of the carrier and to protect a pedestrian by fixing the hood latch to the rear of the carrier. A fixing structure of a hood latch(30) is composed of the hood latch concealed at the rear side of a carrier(10) through the medium of a reinforcing panel(20) bonded at the rear surface of an upper frame(11) of the carrier. The reinforcing panel is formed with a reinforcing rib(23) horizontally extended from the lower end to the rear to reinforce the horizontal flexure strength and the tension strength of the carrier. A ridge(11c) is contained to support the reinforcing rib of the reinforcing panel and reinforce the flexure strength of the carrier.
