WIDE TUNABLE POLYPHASE FILTER WITH VARIABLE RESISTOR AND VARIABLE CAPACITOR

A wide band tunable polyphase filter with a variable resistor and a variable capacitor is provided to solve IQ mismatch by correcting a phase, while performing wideband communication. In a wide band tunable polyphase filter(300), a variable resistor(VR1,VR2) has variable resistance. A variable capacitor(VC1,VC2) has variable capacitance. The variable resistor and the variable capacitor correct a wideband frequency and phase and then convert a differential input into a quadrature signal, and then output the quadrature signal. The variable resistor and the variable capacitor are composed of a single stage or a multi stage tuning the wideband frequency.
