An oil supply device for a continuously variable valve timing system is provided to prevent length of an engine from being extended by the continuously variable valve timing system, and effectively utilize space of an engine room. A cylinder head(100) has a mounting surface(110) on which a plurality of installation holes(111) are formed. An auxiliary head(200) has an upper portion where installation grooves(210) are formed for installation of a cam shaft. The auxiliary head has an interior where an oil supply device is arranged. The auxiliary head has four sides where coupling holes(220) corresponding to the installation holes of the cylinder head are formed, so that the auxiliary head is assembled to the mounting surface of the cylinder head through bolts(230).
