The inventive method comprises the following steps: the production of a crude foundry core (1) having rough and approximate shapes and being made of a resistant and rigid material serving to guarantee the structural resistance and rigidity of a bolt (P); carrying out an overmolding over the greater pat of said crude foundry core (1) with the aid of a layer (2) of molding material by using a mold that makes it possible to obtain exact dimensions and shapes of the bolt (P) that are necessary for it to function well.
