The invention relates to a microscope objective (1) comprising an objective sleeve (17, 2, 3), several lenses (7, 8) and a mounting interface (14). The lenses (7, 8) are received in the objective sleeve (17, 2, 3). Said lenses (7, 8) which are received in the objective sleeve (17, 2, 3) have an optical axis. The microscope objective (1) can be mounted onto a microscope by means of the mounting interface (14). The aim of said invention is to provide a microscope objective (1), allowing the combined error of the optical imaging by said microscope to be further reduced and ideally minimized. Said aim is achieved, whereby the microscope objective is characterised by a rotation means (16), by means of which the objective sleeve (17, 2, 3) can be rotated in relation to the mounting interface (14), such as to rotate the lenses (7, 8) which are received by the objective sleeve (17, 2, 3) about the optical axis (18), when the microscope objective (1) is mounted onto the microscope. Said invention also relates to a microscope and to a method for detecting an object with a microscope. |
