The apparatus (1) has several posts (3) arranged in a row and anchored. The apparatus also has at least one longitudinal support (25) running parallel to the row of posts. The longitudinal carriers are fixed to the upper side of transverse support sections (9) which are fastened at the upper ends of each post and are arranged perpendicular to the row o posts. Adjacent transverse supports are parallel to each other.
