The flat, plate-shaped body (1) has a serration (2) along at least one edge part and consisting of groups of three differently shaped teeth (3,4,5). The middle tooth has a cutting point (6) and both sides have a hollow grooved cut (7). The two side teeth of a group each have a transverse cutting edge (8) and their side flanks have a hollow groove cut (9).
