<p>The invention relates to a water movement damping device, comprising a flexible wall (1), arranged in the water near the surface which is essentially vertical in the static idle state, comprising optionally perforated (5) unit blocks (4) assembled one against the other in series by means of cables (2, 3) on which said blocks (1) are threaded or set, the cables comprising a first series of cables (2), arranged vertically side by side (ZZ') parallel to each other and a second series of cables (3), arranged horizontally one above the other (XX') parallel to each other, said vertical cables (2) being suspended or tensioned at the upper ends thereof and/or respectively tensioned or fixed at the lower end thereof and said blocks comprise empty openings (5) crossing the same from side to side between the front faces (1-1) and rear faces (1-2) of said wall (1), and/or empty spaces (7) between said blocks such that said openings (5) and/or empty spaces between blocks (7) optionally give said wall an overall porosity of 5 to 75 %, preferably 20 to 45 %, for the vertical section surface of said wall.</p> |
