A hinge assembly is provided to minimize the number of component parts and maximize the spatial usability, thereby increasing the productivity by improving the structure of the hinge assembly. A first bracket(110) is coupled with a shaft(150). A second bracket(120) is rotatively coupled with the shaft(150), wherein the second bracket(120) has a curling portion(122) for wrapping the shaft(150). A bush(130) is provided between the curling portion(122) and the shaft(150) to generate a frictional force with the shaft(150). The curling portion(122) is extended from the second bracket(120) to wrap the shaft. An end of the curling portion(122) is coupled with the second bracket(120) by a coupling member.
