A testing chip comprising first chip (1) including a minute flow channel accommodating a reagent, an upstream side opening disposed upstream of the minute flow channel, a downstream side opening disposed downstream of the minute flow channel and one or two or more thin seal members attached to at least one major surface thereof and, until use, sealing both the upstream side opening and the downstream side opening, and comprising second chip (2) including a minute flow channel for confluence of a reagent and an analyte, reaction thereof and detection of the reaction and an opening disposed upstream of the minute flow channel, characterized in that the downstream side opening of the first chip is aligned with the opening of the second chip by superimposing the first chip and the second chip one upon other at use.
