A safety passageway for construction is provided to increase the safety on conveyance of materials by preventing the separation, overturn or shaking of transportation means and increasing control efficiency of transportation means. A safety passageway(100) for construction contains: a passageway unit(110) forming passageways(111,112,113) on an incline and a flat board to let transportation means loaded with materials pass through the upper part of a projecting structure(2) according to the shape of a materials incoming unit(1), plural coupling grooves and coupling projections to connect the passageways on the upper part, skid-proof brackets(116) formed to prevent sliding on the lower part, and projections(117) formed on the upper part to prevent sliding and to let transportation means traveling smoothly; a height-regulating unit(120) fixed to a height-regulating hole formed on the outside of insertion grooves(121) formed on right and left sides of the passageway unit using a coupling pin(123) to regulate the height of the passageway unit; and separation-preventing units(130) formed on both sides of the passageway unit and composed of safety bars(131) fixed to a coupling hole by a coupling pin(123) and provided with a chain coupler(134) to connect with a safety chain(133) to prevent the separation of transportation means.
