A sub frame of a vehicle is provided to improve the riding comfort of a driver and elevate the value of the commercial product by applying the foaming filler in the hollow body of the sub frame and reducing the vibration and noise transferred to the body from the suspension. A sub frame of a vehicle is composed of a hollow body(100) comprising plural members fixed at a body by supporting a suspension of the vehicle; and a foaming filler(200) injected in the body as a liquid and then hardened, wherein the foaming filler is made of urethane or polypropylene.
