A carbon cleaning apparatus of a coke oven door, which protects a door sealing strip and can prevent gas leakage during mounting of the coke oven door by suppressing excessive tar from being adhered to the coke oven door and easily separating tar from the coke oven door when cleaning tar on the coke oven door, is provided. A carbon cleaning apparatus of a coke oven door(10) comprises: a moving equipment for mounting or dismounting the coke oven door; a door cleaner(300) installed on the moving equipment to clean carbon adhered to the mounted or dismounted coke oven door; a mortar storage part(310) for storing a mortar spray solution; a mortar agitation part for mixing water with mortar within a mortar tank to form the mortar spray solution; and a mortar spray part adhered to one side of the door cleaner to spray mortar onto respective faces of the coke oven door. The carbon cleaning apparatus further comprises an air line(320) connected to one side of the mortar tank to form air pressure within the mortar tank. The mortar spray part comprises: a mortar pipe(330) connected to the mortar tank; a valve(340) installed on the mortar pipe; and a plurality of spray nozzles disposed on the mortar pipe in a predetermined distance. |
