A pavement method for a footway and a roadway is provided to be resistant to impact and to absorb impact by keeping a base layer strongly using rubbles and inserting a polypropylene mat between base layers and to make water permeated easily by forming a water permeable concrete layer between a lower base layer and a mat layer. A pavement method for a footway and a roadway comprises the steps of: forming a ground layer(110) by tamping the in-situ ground horizontally using a roller; forming a lower base layer(120) by placing rubble(121) having the particle size of 40~50 millimeters on the top of the ground layer to a thickness of 200~400 millimeters and tamping horizontally using a roller; forming a water permeable concrete layer(130) to a thickness of 50~60 millimeters by mixing cement(131) and rubbles(133) having the particle size of 15~20 millimeters in the appointed ration and placing on the top of the lower base layer, applying pressure and tamping horizontally using a 4~5 ton roller; forming a mat layer(140) by installing a polypropylene(PP) mat(141) having a thickness of 10~20 millimeters on the top of the water permeable concrete layer; forming an upper base layer(150) by placing rubbles(151) having the particle size of 2~5 millimeters on the top of the mat layer to a thickness of 50~80 millimeters and tamping horizontally using a roller; and forming a footway-roadway block layer(160) by installing footway-roadway blocks(161) on the top of the upper base layer and applying pressure, and tamping horizontally using a 4~10 ton roller. |
