The chassis (15) has a steering arrangement that generates the guide forces for automatic positioning of the skids (3,5) in neutral position, and generates counteracting forces or resetting forces based on stored energy for resetting the skids. The skids are connected to a front boot and to a rear boot. An intermediate joint is arranged between the front and rear boots for permitting rotation of the front and rear boots with respect to a longitudinal axis. The steering arrangement includes steering arms (10,11) which are moved by cables linked to handle operated by the user.
