An intro-ring plus service system and a method thereof are provided to code a voice stored in a user's mobile terminal with proper quality, and to transmit the coded voice to another user's mobile terminal which attempts a call, so that the transmitted voice can be outputted, thus user's desired contents can be serviced through the user's desired voice at any time, any place. A mobile terminal(100) is capable of recording intro-contents through a user's voice. A DB server(110) stores the recorded voice. An encoding server(120) encodes the stored voice to generate a sound source, and stores the generated sound source in the DB server(110). A service server(130) plays the stored sound source when another user attempts a call to the user's mobile terminal(100), so that the played sound source can be transmitted to the correspondent terminal which attempts the call.
