A method for manufacturing infusion solution bottle for injection is provided to reduce the manufacturing processes, costs and time of the infusion solution bottle, and to improve the productivity of workers by configuring a closing rubber as one body with the infusion solution bottle. The method for manufacturing the infusion solution bottle(100) for the injection which is configured as one body with a closing rubber(110) comprises the steps of: injection-molding the closing rubber(110) into an insertion recess(102), formed in one end of the infusion solution bottle(100), as one body with the infusion solution bottle(100); and connecting a closing member(150) to one end of the infusion solution bottle(100) by using a bonding agent.
