<p>Each of the conventional electronic parts has a wide portion (including the wedge-shaped portion) formed on a narrow conductive pattern. Current is concentrated in the wide portion and shortcircuit with the conductive pattern is easily caused. Moreover, when the wide portion is located in the intermediate portion of the conductive pattern, it is difficult to prevent a position shift from a ceramic green sheet due to shrinkage of the conductive pattern during firing and a position shift is caused between the upper and the lower conductive patterns, which degrades the electric characteristic. An electronic part (10) includes a layered body (11) having insulation layers (111 to 114) and conductive pattern layers (121 to 124) formed in the layered body (11). The conductive pattern layers (121 to 124) have corner portions at a plurality of positions. Each of the corner portions has a first shrinkage shift preventing portion (16A) digging into the insulation layers (111 to 114). Each of the first shrinkage shift preventing portion (16A) is formed in a region of each corner portion.</p> |
