<p>A variable-diameter transmission wheel, a variable-diameter device and an automatic stepless transmission are disclosed. The transmission device is composed of variable-diameter transmission wheels, a medial transmission belt and a corresponding speed-adjusting device. A traction belt winds to form the work surface of said wheel, and the idle portion of the belt is wound at the center of the wheel. The traction belt and the transmission belt form a meshed transmission set. The transmission wheel transmits moment through a traction shank that can slide in radial slots of the taper transmission plates. The pitch circle radius of the wheel is determined by the position of the shank. Due to the cooperation of the wheel-enlarged device and the wheel-shrinked device, the variable-diameter wheel can change its diameter. The transmission device realizes a speed-varied transmission through the variability of the radius of the transmission wheel. The device can be applied on the machine that needs vary frequently transmission ratio.</p> |
