STREPTOMYCES VIRGINAE 325 A STRAIN- AN OLIGOMICINE-II PRODUCER

The invention relates to the microbiological and medical industry, namely to macrolide compound pharmacology, in particular to developing an oligomicine-II- producing strain. The aim of said invention is to form a Streptomyces virginae 325 strain, which produces the oligomicine-II exhibiting wide biological properties. The inventive Streptomyces virginae 325 is separated from a sole sample of a Teberdin reserved area and is deposited in a Microorganism culture collection GNCA under N° 325A. The obtained oligomicine-II exhibits a low-activity with respect to sporogenous gram-positive bacteria, a high-activity with respect to microbacteria and high immunosuppressive properties.
