The device has hub fixed on a hollow shaft to rotate with it and an outer ring (2) connected to the idler so as to rotate with it , e.g. by a press connection. Locking elements (4) are arranged between the outside diameter of the hub and the inside diameter of the outer ring. The locking elements require an angle of rotation to establish locking when there is a suitable rotation of the outer ring relative to the hub.
