A DC(Direct Current) stabilizing power circuit is provided to appropriately apply for electronic apparatuses like a record medium driver writing to and representing a record medium, such as a CD-ROM(Compact Disk Read Only Memory), a DVD-ROM(Digital Versatile Disk Read Only Memory), and a DVD-RAM(Digital Versatile Disk Random Access Memory), cellular phones, and PDAs(Personal Digital Assistants). A DC stabilizing power circuit(1) having an output transistor(Q1) between an input terminal(10) and an output terminal(11) includes an output current restricting circuit(2) for restricting the output current of the output transistor, and a correction circuit(3) for correcting nonuniformity of the output current restriction due to the variation of the relation between the output current and physical quantity in a control electrode of the output transistor. |
