Kitchenware and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove harmful matters, to sterilize bacteria, and to purify and deodorize air and water by heating charcoal powder under high pressure at high temperature, manufacturing a cooker with a press or a lathe and emitting negative ion and far infrared rays. Charcoal and a binder are mixed with carbon as a main ingredient, and mixture is heated at high temperature and formed into a cooker(12) by a press to manufacture kitchenware. A surface of the cooker is coated by Teflon or ceramic. The kitchenware such as a rice cooker, a pot or a rotary plate of a microwave oven is made of carbon. A Teflon or ceramic coating layer(14a,14b) is formed in the surface of the kitchenware. The cooker is made of charcoal powder, and the Teflon or ceramic coating layers are formed inside and outside the cooker. |
