A DIRECTION CONVERSION TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR WINDOW FRAME

A direction conversion transfer apparatus of a window frame is provided to reduce a working time and improve working efficiency by consecutively performing an injection process and a discharging process of a window frame. A deceleration sensor and a stop sensor are installed on a rear end of a window frame melting manufacturing apparatus. The deceleration sensor and the stop sensor decelerates and stops an operational speed of the window frame melting manufacturing apparatus by detecting front and rear ends of the window frame. Width and length supporting frames(300,310) are arranged to be across each other in parallel. A height of the width and length supporting frames is adjusted by a supporting bar installed on a bottom plane. A fixing unit(320-1) is fixed on an upper part of the length supporting frame installed at a regular interval. A timing transfer belt(324) is operated by a transfer motor(325). An approach sensor is installed on a frame which forms a moving unit(320-2), and detects an insertion state of the window frame. The approach sensor moves the moving unit back by operating a moving apparatus. A transfer sensor and a second conveyer sensor are installed in parallel on a discharging end of the supporting frame. The transfer sensor and second conveyer sensor operate and stop a next transfer conveyer apparatus by detecting a front end and a rear end of the window frame. A starting point sensor and a maximum extension sensor are installed on front and rear ends of the length supporting frame, and control an access and an extension of a moving unit(340).
