A mobile communication demodulation circuit of CDMA format comprises a path timing comparing part (4) that compares the path timing difference between adjacent paths with a predetermined threshold value; a path level comparing part (5) that compares, with respect to a path decided to be controlled, the power correction value at a path timing thereof with the maximum one of the power correction values at the path timings thereof; and a path timing deciding part (3) that controls, based on the comparing result, the finger assignment timing. The finger assignment timing is adaptively controlled in accordance with the power correction peak value obtained by a delay profile calculation, thereby achieving a good reception characteristic and reducing the power consumption. |
