A big transfusion plastic bottle with a medicine-mixing cavity includes a bottle body (3) and a bottle neck (7). The bottom of the bottle neck (7) is connected with the medicine-mixing cavity (2) that has an auxiliary foldable lever (21). The plastic bottle can separately contain two kinds of medicine at the same time. When the plastic bottle is used, as long as the auxiliary foldable lever (21) is twisted, the auxiliary foldable lever (21) can be broken from the root thereof, then two kinds of medicine separately contained in the medicine-mixing cavity (2) and the bottle body (3) can be mixed together uniformly.
