The present invention relates to a limb weight device comprising a body portion having a weight section and a ring section. The weight section includes a plurality of longitudinally extending weights that are releasably retained in position. The ring section includes interlocking flexible fingers to enable the device to handle members of various sizes. The ring section also includes longitudinal grooves to minimize the pressure on the limb being retained in the ring section. |
