A repair method of a concrete structure for a channel is provided to prevent the leakage of water by repairing a crack gap in a concrete structure for a channel and to shorten a period of work by preventing the second crack formation using hard urethane and curing the hard urethane in a short time. A repair method of a concrete structure for a channel comprises the steps of: performing preparatory operations for a repair work(S100) by performing cofferdam works using sandbags, etc., removing stagnant water in a channel, cleaning the inside and outside of a concrete structure for a channel in a crack gap, removing joint members remaining in an external wall and an internal wall using various equipment; performing a concrete chipping work for the crack gap using equipment to increase the binding strength of cement and urethane(S120); forming a form(S140) by attaching mobile sponge to the inside and attaching L-shaped angles to the outside to increase the binding strength of medical substances when foaming urethane, installing wall jigs to secure the attachment of the angles and erecting covers of internal and external walls with coated plywood; forming a urethane coupling layer(S160) by placing foamed urethane, and removing the angles and the covers of internal and external walls if the urethane coupling layer is cured completely; and performing a coloring work(S180) by coating the external wall of urethane with primary paints and forming the external wall of urethane thicker by coating with paints again.
