A UIM(User Identify Module) card fixing device of a portable terminal is provided to prevent a locker from excessively moving when moving to a mounting portion from a fixing portion to fix a UIM card, thereby preventing the locker from being separated from the fixing portion. A rear case is mounted with a battery. A mounting portion is formed on one side of the rear case, and is mounted with a UIM card. A fixing portion(20) is formed by adjoining one side of the mounting portion, and is equipped with guide portions(201) of which some parts are in concave groove shape on upper and lower ends. A locker(300) is equipped with guide parts(301) in upper and lower sections to move toward the mounting portion as guiding through the guide portions(201) of the fixing portion(20), and is equipped with suspended portions(301a) which are bent not to excessively enter the mounting portion by being suspended on concave grooves of the guide portions on the guide parts.
