Each of the two pulling elements is connected to a unit of several pulleys (4,5) in a holding frame. A winch (7) is positioned in the center between the units (4,5) moving a third pulling device alternately guided around the pulley units (4,5). One of the pulley units (5) is provided with a spacer ring located between the frame and the lowest pulley; the second unit (4) comprises a spacer ring positioned between the highest pulley and the frame, resulting in a slightly staggered position of the units (4,5).
