The unwinder (100) consists of a holder (21) designed for the base of the roll of base material and pivot mounted on the holder-plate (2) possessing a handle (1). A pressure roller (22) is pivot mounted on the holder-plate. A drive roller (23) rotates in synchronization with the speed of the holder plate. The length of base material has adhesive section which are adhesive on both sides. The pressure roller brings the length of base material in contact with the adhesive pieces.
