<p>The invention relates to a fire blanket composed of a fiber fabric made of flameproof mineral material, having a porosity between 50 and 200 liters per square meter and per second, as well as to the use thereof for extinguishing a fire. This blanket is composed of one or two plies. The mineral material can, for example, contain basalt or a sodocalcic glass. This blanket enables different types of fires to be dealt with by covering them.</p> |
