A method for producing industrial cellulose multi-filament is provided to control drying conditions properly according to industrial usage and control drying tension properly to obtain high strength and high elasticity with high adhesion force. In a method for producing industrial cellulose multi-filament, cellulose filament is dried through two to eight drying steps, preferably three to six drying steps in a dryer. During the drying steps, drying temperature and drying tension are controlled. The drying tension is controlled by value K representing an rpm of a roller at a first drying step/an rpm of a roller at a final drying step. The dryer has four or five drying rollers(1,2) at each of the drying steps. Suction unit(3) is included in the drier for absorbing evaporated moisture to increase drying efficiency.
