An isolation improvement device of a mobile communication terminal for supporting a multi-band is provided to highly control impedance of an input end of an LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) for a GPS(Global Positioning System) when a receiving signal of a PCS(Personal Communication Service) frequency band is processed, thereby improving isolation between the PCS frequency band and a GPS frequency band. Connection of an isolation unit(12) is controlled as a receiving signal of a PCS band is selected by a multi-band selector(10), and the isolation unit(12) controls impedance of an input end of an LNA(11) for a GPS. The isolation unit(12) is connected between a GPS output terminal of the multi-band selector(10) and the input end of the LNA(11) for the GPS in shunt type. The isolation unit(12) consists of a PIN(Positive Intrinsic Negative) diode.
