<p>A communication system is provided for transmitting media information corresponding to a current location of a portable phone terminal from a service center. The communication system is provided with (1) a service center having an information providing server for reading and transmitting the media information corresponding to the current location of the portable phone terminal from database; (2) a RFID tag which is arranged at an appropriate part of a power pole, bulletin board, facilities and the like, with location data of the arranged part recorded therein; and (3) a portable phone terminal which reads the location data from the RFID tag, transmits the data to the service center as the current location data of its own and outputs the media information received from the service center.</p> |
