An electronic mat structure having infrared mat is provided to achieve the simplification and safety and to exclude the necessity for the complex wiring work by connecting the main mat and the infrared mat with each other in a wireless manner and switching on the infrared lamp. The electronic mat structure having infrared mat comprises: a main mat(30), inside which a heater(10) is configured through the connection of electric wires(11), and many electric magnetic field generators(20) are arranged at constant intervals; and an infrared mat(60), configured as a separate article from the main mat(30), and on surface of which many infrared lamps(50) are arranged so that they are lighted by a magnetic field receptacle(40) arranged inside them; wherein the main and infrared mats(30,60) are electrically connected in a wireless manner through the overlapping of the electric magnetic field generators(20) and the magnetic field receptacle(40).
