The circuit has a capacitor with a series of intermediate layers disposed between lower and upper core grids (1, 2), where the layers comprise conducting layers (21-23) and identical insulating layers (10-13). The dimension of the lower core grid is larger than the intermediate layers and upper core grid. Each conducting layer is provided between two insulating layers. Each conducting layer is electrically isolated such that the conducting layer presents floating electric potential during an operation of the circuit. An independent claim is also included for a method for making a capacitor present in an integrated electronic circuit.
