PORTABLE IMPLEMENT FOR DETECTING COUNTERFEIT NOTE

A portable counterfeit note detecting device is provided to enable people to visually discriminate a note by using the counterfeit note detecting device having a transparent lattice or a lenticular and a magnifier. A portable counterfeit note detecting device includes a lenticular having plural lenticular lattices protruding in parallel from the upper surface of a base sheet to totally reflect a latent image of a note, and a transparent block body(10) having grooves formed on the bottom surface for receiving the lenticular lattices. The block body has a magnifier for detecting micro characters(3) of the note. The lenticular is inclined relative to the bottom surface of the block body in the longitudinal direction, and the inclined angle is within a range of 5 to 20 degrees.
