A hand driving device for a canopy is provided to operate a canopy easily using a driving motor or a manual handle and to prevent the malfunction of a clutch by securing the operation of a clutch using an automatic clutch unit. A hand driving device for a canopy contains: a manual handle(10) installed on pillars(102) installed on both sides of a passage at regular intervals; a primary sprocket(12) installed on the same axle as the manual handle to rotate according to the rotation of the manual handle; a driven shaft(20) installed on the upper part of the primary sprocket horizontally; a secondary sprocket(21) installed on one end of the driven shaft and connected with the primary sprocket by a primary manual chain(11); a third sprocket(22) installed on the other end of the driven shaft to transfer rotary force to a fourth sprocket through a secondary manual chain(23); a fourth sprocket composed of a sprocket connected with the third sprocket and a sprocket formed to operate a driving chain formed on an inner canopy support member; a skid-proof device formed on the upper part of the driving chain to prevent the driving chain from slipping from the fourth sprocket when the driving chain moves horizontally by the rotation of the fourth sprocket; an inner canopy support member(60) formed on both lower ends of an inner canopy(70) to support the inner canopy and provided with a roller coupled to a roller driving shaft and moved along a rail(50) installed on a support structure; and an automatic clutch unit composed of a support plate and an electromagnet inserted to a driving motor shaft of a driving motor(30) to transfer the rotary force of the driving motor to the fourth sprocket for moving the inner canopy.
