A piping block and a dry-based heating system are provided to improve heat accumulation and heating performance by transferring heat of heating fluid to the piping block through first and second grooves formed at the piping block. A piping block(40) comprises a panel type first body(40a), a first groove(41) and a second groove(42), and a joint protrusion(43) and a joint groove(44). The first body has a predetermined width, length and thickness for forming a structure equipped with a heating fluid supply pipe(50). The first groove and the second groove are formed at both width-wise ends of the first body so that the first groove and the second groove has shapes corresponding to a side surface of the pipe. The joint protrusion and the joint groove have cross sections corresponding to the first groove and the second groove, respectively. The joint protrusion and the joint groove are formed in the lengthwise direction of the first body. |
