A car-pack is provided to remove the need of cables for connecting between the car-pack and an audio reproducing apparatus by installing a wireless telecommunication module in the car-pack, thereby making the surrounding environment neat. A power supply unit supplies driving power to respective constituent parts of a device using a battery. A wireless telecommunication module(250) wirelessly receives a digital audio signal from an audio reproducing apparatus, and transmits the digital audio signal to a D/A converter(260). The D/A converter(260) converts the digital audio signal into an analog audio signal. A head(270) converts the analog audio signal into a magnetic signal, and contacted with a head of a cassette player. A contact sensor detects whether the head of the car-pack is contacted with the head of the cassette player, and determines the operation state of the car-pack according to the detected result.
