POST-TENSION SOIL NAILING APPARATUS AND THE ASSEMBLING SOIL NAILING METHOD USING THE STIFF FACING PLATE

A post-tension soil nailing apparatus using a stiff facing plate is provided to re-tension easily when applying tensile force or repairing, to reduce construction error and to make drainage easy, to increase the stability of a slope and to shorten a period of construction by reducing the time required for curing a facing plate. A post-tension soil nailing apparatus using a stiff facing plate comprises: a facing plate(10) placed on an excavation plane or a reinforcement slope and provided with a through-hole(11) to insert a reinforcement and a drain hole(12) to drain off underground water; a reinforcement(20) composed of a fiber reinforced plastic bar or pipe and inserted to the excavation plane or the reinforcement slope via the through-hole of the facing plate; grout(30) composed of cement paste or cement mortar and injected to a perforated hole of the excavation plane or the reinforcement slope to anchor the front of the reinforcement; an anchor plate(40) placed on the upper part of the facing plate to apply tensile force to the reinforcement and provided with a through-hole to penetrate the reinforcement; and an anchorage(50) composed of an anchor pipe inserted to the head of the reinforcement and a pair of wedges inserted between the reinforcement and the anchor pipe, or, a pair of nut plates joined on the head of the reinforcement by adhesives and provided with screw threads and nuts coupled to the nut plates, or, a fixing pipe inserted to the head of the reinforcement and a fixing pin penetrating the reinforcement.
