Provided is a laver roaster, which produces a flat laver of a high quality suitable for rice rolled in dried laver using indirect heat generating from an electric heater. The laver roaster(1) roasts laver to be transferred on a chain conveyor using indirect heat generating from an electric heater placed at the upper part of the chain conveyor. The laver roaster(1) comprises: a first laver roasting device(1a) which is placed at the upper and left side of a support(6), is formed on the upper part of the chain conveyor(4), and is configured to remove moisture from laver using indirect heat generating from an electric heater(7) provided in a heater box(2); a second laver roasting device(1b) which is placed between the first laver roasting device(1a) and a third laver roasting device(1c) and comprises rollers(9) having an electric heater within and the corresponding rollers(10) ironing out the laver while coming into contact with the rollers(9); and the third laver roasting device(1c) which is placed at the upper and right side of the supporter(6), is formed on the upper part of a chain conveyer(5), and finally roasts the transferred laver using indirect heat generating from an electric heater(8) provided in a heater box(3). |
