A portable spraying device of the sterilized saline solution is provided to clean the affected part or the inside of a nose by the saline solution without an antiseptic and to prevent the saline solution from being polluted by the external air by using the produced saline solution at once. The portable spraying device(100) of the sterilized saline solution is composed of a container(110) storing the saline solution produced by mixing salt and at least one of the tap water, underground water, distilled water, and purified water; an electrode unit comprising a cathode electrode part formed in the container and an anode electrode part spacing from the cathode electrode part at a predetermined distance and facing the cathode electrode part; a battery supplying DC(Direct Current) power to the cathode and anode electrode parts; and a sprayer(120) having a spraying tube(122) of which one end is submerged under the saline solution stored in the container. The saline solution is sterilized in the container by generating an oxidant in the saline solution by applying the DC power to the electrode unit and then the sterilized saline solution is sprayed on the human body through the spraying tube.
