An underground well cleaning device and a method thereof are provided to prevent inflow holes from being blocked due to pollutants by giving sound waves in an underground well, weakening an adsorbed state of the pollutants around the well or in the inflow holes, and injecting compressed air and to effectively prevent underground water from being polluted. An underground well cleaning device comprises an air compressing unit(10) connected with an air tube(11); an air injecting unit(20) inserted into an underground well(100) to receive and spray predetermined pressure air through the air tube to remove various pollutants around the well and on inflow holes; an ultrasonic wave generating unit(30) formed at one end of the air injecting unit to generate ultrasonic wave so as to moderate the settled state of the pollutants on the periphery of the well and the inflow holes; and a camera(40) formed at the air injecting unit to take pictures in the well.
