Nonconductive material sheets are mounted on both side faces of a case of an optical transceiver module.
Alternatively, both the side faces of the case of the optical transceiver module are finished to have surface roughness of 2.4a or less. Alternatively, at least sliding surfaces of a pair of flat springs for grasping a pluggable module in a cage is formed of a nonconductive material.
